- Richard Adams Review added: 2018.10.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a Nerf gun from this company through Amazon that was faulty. I sent it back to them and they offered to return the item or refund. Without testing it properly against a gun that worked they said it wasn't faulty and without telling me, refunded me only 30%. I asked for a full refund or it to be sent back to me which they refused saying the matter was closed and they had followed Amazon's returns policy. I logged a complaint with Amazon who made them refund me the full amount. A company that will try and screw over its customers for a few quid. Avoid.
